A copyright despatch from New York to the Baltimore Sun says that the last political will and testament of the late ex-President (Dr Woodrow’ Wilson) is a document of party principle and policy to be laid by a. group of his followers before members of the resolutions committee when the time comes to write the Democratic platform. Dr Wilson takes the position on foreign relationship for “straight out and straightforward membership of the United States in the League of Nations, the abandonment of the farcical policy of an unofficial observation of the adherence of the nation to a permanent International Court, of Justice under the League of Nations with no nullifying reservations; and a liberal attitude towards prohibition.
