NEGOTIATIONS BREAK DOWN. BY CABLE— rBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Reeeivtd June 17, 12.10 p.m. - LONDON, June 16. in the House of Commons, replying to questions in regard to the breakdown of the Mosul negotiations, Mr MacDonald said that- as soon as the nine months period allowed for direct negotiations by the Treaty of Lausanne had elapsed the Government, would invite the League of Nations to decide the Turco-Iraquian frontier.
