A horse driven by Mr Davis shied and collided 1 with a vehicle driven by Is . Pennell. Mrs Davis was thrown out of the trap and sustained serious injuries. GISBORNE HARBOUR LOAN. The Gisborne Harbour Board to-day accepted an offer of a loan from London of £250,01)0, being the first instalment of a loan of £750,000 authorised two years ago by the ratepayers.
