Public opinion considers that Fascism is on its trial, and Signor Mussolini says ho is determined to bring the instigators of the outrage to justice. Several Fascists have been arrested, including the editor of a, Rom© newspaper, who was caught attempting to escape on the north-bound express. . T, wo ni ,hior members of Signor Mussolini’s Ministry have resigned, as their names have been mentioned in connection with the outrage and they wish to defend themselves.
