SUPREME COURT.
VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY. (BY TELEGRAPH —PBESS ASSOCIATION.) „ NAPIER, June 13. Morton Henry Stanly and Walter Thomas Morgan, were found not guilty at the Supreme Court .on charges of breaking’ entering, theft and receiving. The wife of Morgan gave evidence that she and another (both of whom pleaded guilty in the Lower Court) were solely responsible. The other woman corroborated her evidence.
