CANCER.
CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYB.IGF' NEW YORK, June 11. Dr. Everett Field, of the New York Radium. Institute, in addressing the association for the study and cure of cancer, announced a new chemical formula with which 120 out of 300 cases treated were cured. The formula is based on the theory that cancer is a germ disease. A new preparation known as hoch serum had been discovered, stated Dr. Field. While he did not herald this as an absolute cancer cure, having been used only in clinical cases, yet he regarded it- with high hope. Dr. Field said that the serum of Dr. Glover, the Toronto physician, should also be watched carefully.
