° I Received November o, 10.25 p.m London, November 5 The Daily Chronicle states that the Dreadnought trials showed that it was necessary to remove eight 12 pounder quick-firers from ihe forecastle quarter deck to allow the 12in guns a clear range at all degrees of elevation. It is probable that the quick-firers will receive disappearing mountings. The Pegasus has been recommissioned for a tresh term. The Vindictive conveys the Peagasns' new crew to Colombo, "sailing on November 27th, and brings the old crew back again.
