The French Government deny opposing Italy's demand regarding Sayun Bay.
London, March 9.
The Times' Pekin correspondent states that Britain offered to assist China in the event of Russian aggression in connection with the Niuchwang railway loan, but threataned to retaliate if China yields to Russian pressure over the loan.
Pekin, March 9. The Chinese Government is inclined to declare Sayun Bay an open port.
