Hastings Horticultural and Industrial Society.

TO-MORROW'S SHOW. The first show in connection with the Hastings Horticultural and Industrial Society opens iu the Princess Theatre to-morrow. Entries for the show c'osed last night, and number nearly 300. A feature of the show will be the exhibition of local industries, no less than 81 entries having been received in this class. Fruits, vegetables, and cut flowers wi'l also bo well represented, whilst there will be a fair show of pot plants. The work of staging is proceeding to-day. Judging takes place tomorrow morning, and the doors will be thrown open to the public at 2.30 p.m. Afternoon tea will be provided by the ladies. In the evening, selections will be rendered by the Hastings Brass Band.
