(Per Press Association.) Dcnedin, This day. In the libel action Murrell, (Chairman of the Cromwell Hospital Trust) v. Gilkison, proprietor, of the Dunstan Times, a claim of £SOO for libel, Judge Pennefather gave judgment for the plaintiff for £2O, and costs on the lowest scale.
