(By Telegraph.)* (Per Press Association.J Captain Edwin wired this afternoon :—Wind between north-west and west and south at all places. Barometer rise everywhere. Moderate to strong westerly winds are to be expected in all parts of the country. Wellington, This day. The weather is dull and overcast, but there is no wind, and it threatens to turn to heat. Dunedin, This day. The weather promises to be fine for the holidays. The principal attractions are the Caledonian sports and Waikouaiti races.
