The new Austrian Ministry being formed by Baron Gautsch, Minister for Education iu the late Ministry, includes five former Under Secretaries of Departments who are not attached to any political parties. The following have been alloted portfolios in the Gautsch Ministry Count Zeno Yon Whesersbeimb, Minister for Defence ; Herr liejeck, Minister for Finance : Herr Koerber, Minister of Commerce.
