CRUELTY TO NATIVES.
DR PETERS' APPEAL DISMISSED. (Per Press Association. —Cojojright.) Beklin, Nov. 16. The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal of Dr Carl Peters, German explorer, who was found guilty of cruelty towards the natives in German East Africa. He is to be discharged from the German colonial service, and will not receive a pension.
