The Conciliation Board gave their decision holding 45 hours to constitute a week's work, 8|- hours for the first five days and 8f on Saturday, That the rates of pay be Is 4d per hour to competent workmen. A man who is mi able to earn the minimum wage shall be paid such lesser sums as the Committee of Employers and Employees agree upon ; that overtime be paid at the rate of time and quarter for the first two hours, time and half after two hours. That the proportion of boys and apprentices be not more than one boy to two journeymen and so on in proportion. Employers in employing labor shall not discriminate against members of the Union. The Union s.s. Coy. and employees are not included in this award, which bpids good for two years.
