AN ANTI-BRITISH PARTY IN FRANCE.

A party is being formed in both the Senate and Chamber of Deputies having for its object the defence of French rights in West Africa, also with the view of preventing the British from obtaining employment there. It is suggested that the Emperor of Austria should act as arbitrator in connection with the rival claims of Great Britain and France.
