RELIEF OF HERR ANDREE.
AN EXPEDITION SETS OUT. (At Prtm Association.—('ojii/ii'/ht.) Christiania, Nov. 1. A Norwegian expedition bas been organised to relieve Herr Andree, who recently departed from Dane Island to reach the North Pole by means of a balloon. It will sail immediately for Tromso, Spitzbergen. The expedition is provisioned for six months.
