THE FRENCH IN EGYPT.
AN INTENDED ATTEMPT TO SEIZE BRITISH TERRITORY. (Per Press Association. —Copyriyht.) Paris, Oct. 23. M. docket, leader of the French Abyseinian Expedition in the Upper Nile, has been killed by a kick from a mule. It is stated that the expedition intended to seize the town of Fashoda on the left bank of the Bahrelabiad, in English Soudan.
