The Auckland Railway Accident.
[By Telegraph.] (Per Press Association.) Auckland, This day. The coroner's inquiry into the cause of the accident at the railway crossing on the 2nd of October was continued to-day. A witness, E. C. Spencer, deposed hearing the train whistle distinctly. Two lads who were riding on the back step of the bus deposed to seeing the train coming and that each shouted to tell the driver. The third boy, Akast, remained on the step and was killed.
