THE RIO IN COLLISION WITH A LIGHTSHIP.

Tbe barquentine Rio inward from Napier, being towed into the harbor, came into collision with the lightship on the Sow and Pigs at the entrance. The II o was much damaged and cut almost to the water's edge.
The injuries to the lightship wore superficial.
