| A FRANTIC RECEPTION. PARIS LAVISHLY DECORATED. ANOTHER BOMB EXPLODED. (Pt'r Preus A-ssociation. —C <>]>;/ ri<jht.) Paris, Sept. 1. President Enure received a. great welcome upon his return to Paris from visiting the Czar. Replying to the congratulations he said Democracy had restored the country to its true rank. The establishment of a union between the two great nations was one of the most considerable events marking the close of the century. The streets of Paris were lavishly dec-orated and the crowds frantically cheered the President. A few minutes after M. Faure had passed The Madeline a bomb exploded. It is supposed to have been the work of a madman.
