A PANIC IN CONSTANTINOPLE. (Per Press Association. — Copyriyht.) Constantinople, August 19. A panic exists at Constantinople in consequence of the bomb outrages. Numerous arrests have been made. The Sultan has disclaimed joining the Ameer in fomenting insurrection amongst the followers of Islam on the Afghanistan frontier. August 20. The Imperial Ottoman Bank of Constantinople is willing to supply Greece with the first £1,000,000 of the war indemnity loan.
