TERMS OF TURKEY WITHDRAWING FROM GREECE. GERMANY APPROVES. (Per Press Association. —Copyriyht.) Constantinople, August 9. The Porte bas proposed that the Turkish troops shall evacuate Greek territory to the southward of Larissa fifteen days alter the signing of the treaty of peace on condition that onethird of the amount of the war indemnity be paid, the remainder of the territory to be evacuated within fortyfive days after the full amount of the indemnity is paid. Germany approves of the Porte's proposals. The other Ambassadors are awaiting instructions from their Governments.
