THE COMMISSION'S REPORT. ' Pt r Press Association. —C"pyriyht <. London, August 3. The Royal Commission appointed to inquire iiito the state of the agricultural industry in Great Britain has presented its report. It attributes the depression to the great fall in values of produce. Any material relaxation in foreign competition is not to be expected. The report recommends that increased security should be given to tenants with full compensation for improvements, and the granting of State assistance to landlords to enable them to execute permanent improvements. It advises the extension of co-opera-tive creameries aud butter factories and the diffusion of information about dairying.
