PROSPECTING PARTIES BLOCKED. (Per Press Association. —Copyriyht.) Ottawa, August 4. The miners at Klondike resent the action of the Government, in imposing royalties, and serious trouble is expected in the spring. Numerous prospecting parties are blocked at Dyes, at the head of the Y'okou river. It is reported that the police decline to allow any of them to proceed without having a year's provisions.
