The Ambassadors 'nave notified their respective governments that a demonstration of force was neeessa'-y to secure the acceptance by Turkey of the terms of peace decided cn by the Powers. Immediately this action was taken the Sultan issued a Jradc accepting the strategic frontier of Thessalv and abandoning the claim to the whole of Thessalv.
