THE EASTERN QUESTION.
TURKEY DETERMINES TO RETAIN THESSALY. (Per Press Association. —Copyriyht.) London, July 2. The Constantinople correspondent of The Times says that Tewfik Pasha will to-morrow announce to the Porte that Turkey adheres to its claim for the possession of Thessaly as one of the conditions of peace with Greece.
