A Visit to Portsmouth.

A ROYAL WELCOME. London, June 27. The colonial troops, to the number of 800, were received at Portsmouth by a guard of honor from the Shropshire regiment, and tho bands of the Artillery and Wiltshire regiment. The Mayor of Portsmouth, in his robes, welcomed the troops, and ad-dresag#-ttretfcin the town hall. T(f& streets were filled with vast crowds, who greeted the troops with remarkable enthusiasm. After breakfast the colonials embarked on the steamer Koh-i-nore, having received an ovation the whole way. ____________
