BETWEEN THE ORANGE FREE STATE AND THE 'VAAL.

Cape Town, June 17. The Volksraad of the Orange Free State has agreed to a resolution affirming the principle of closer union with the Transvaal.
The Chamber is now discussing the necessary protocol to give effect to the resolution.
