Fatal Accident.

RAILWAY INSPECTOR KILLED. (By Telegraph.) Waipawa, This day. Donald Urquhart, inspector of railway bridges, met with a fatal accident on Saturday afternoon. While riding on a trolly near Ormondville a ballast train collided with him inflicting severe injuries.

He wa_ taken to the district hospital where he died yesterday naming. Deceased came froiii> Dunedin recently. He was a married man with six children.
