SOUTH AFRICAN AFFAIRS.
(Per l'n,s Association.—( 'ojiyrii/ht.) London, April 4. South African advices state that the leaders of the Afrildander Party were alarmed at the condition of affairs in the Transvaal and warn Kruger that he is friendless so far as Europe is concerned and cannot rely on Afrikander help. An Uitland newspaper advocating Dutch interests says the Queen's wish for a peaceful jubilee alone prevents the sending of twenty thousand British troops to the Transvaal.
