ENGLAND AND EGYPT.
(Per I'nss As.sni iation—( Pai.is, Feb. 9. M. Hanotaux, in the course of a speech, said there were great anxiety in regard to the future of Egyptian finance. If the question was referred to arbitration the attitude of France was certain to be upheld. France would not consent to an infringement of her rights based on the reiterated promises contained in public documents.
