Some of the Hastings competitors at the Woodville races returned by the express last evening. Petroline also arrived and goes into Quinlivan's stables. Summer Meeting, which takes place to-morrow, the sport should be of an interesting character as strong fields are in most of the events. AUCKLAND RACING. The reversal of form shown by Hukatere in the First Handicap Hurdles after running in the Maiden Hurdles at the Takapuna Jockey Club's summer meeting led to a display of feeling. A meeting of stewards was called to inquire into the horse's running, and as a result the horse, owner, and rider have been disqualified. The owner and jockey have demanded a fresh inquiry.
