MF.i.f.oriiNL. This day. Qoinn has been found guilty of the murder of his wife. He stated that after ho married th« wotuan, whom he shot 011 the South Melbourne JVach. he di-covered she had pr. viou-ly been marri.il and they decided to die together. The coroner held that the only ca>e a man was pos-ibly justified in shooting his wife, even if she asked him. was in the case of adultery. There was no suggestion of this in the present case.
