DISARMAMENT.
THE QUESTION REJECTED IN THE FRENCH CHAMBER. (/'('/• I'rcss Association. —•('o}njri<tht.) Paris, Dec. 21. The Chamber of Deputies, by an immense majority, shelved a resolution in favor of international disarmament. The Socialist members supported the proposal declaring that the alliance with Russia only fostered a desire for revenge on Germany.
