EXILED PASHAS DIE SUDDENLY. A RELEASE OF ARMENIAN PRISONERS ADVOCATED. (Per I'ress Association. —Coja/ri;ilit.) Constantinople, Dec. 18. Several Pashas exiled to Taif have died, and it is believed that they were poisoned. Forty-live of Abdul Hamid's wives have been arrested in connection with the matter. Dec. 20. Ministers recommend the Sultan that if the Patriarchate guarantees the conduct of a hundred persons, a general amnesty to the Armenian prisoners will be a safe policy. The Patriarchate has offered to place the leaders of the Armenian revolt and those contemned to death in monastries, and has induced other prisoners to declare their allegiance to the Sultan. ,
