THE LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL'S EXPOSURES. London, Nov. 17. The London County Council after a heated discussion accepted portion of the report of the Committee which censured the Works Depot.. Lord Dunraven suggested that a Royal Commission be set up to enquire into the whole matter. Eventually the debate was adjourned.
