THE CUBAN WAR.
FIERCE FIGHTING. Havanna, Nov. 17. Fierce fighting has taken place at San Miguel, in Cuba. The Spaniards had 20 killed and 113 wounded. General Weyler is making desperate efforts to bring about a decisive action before the United States Congress meets.
