DECLARATION OF PEACE.
BETWEEN ITALY AND ABYSSINIA. Rome, Nov. 16. Peace was concluded in Abyssinia on October '26 th, and the ceremony was conducted with much solemnity. The city of Uccialia abrogated, and the autonomy of Ethiopia is recognised. The frontier is to be delimited within a year, Italy engaging in the meantime not to concede any territory. Italian prisoners are to be sent to Hairah, then to Zeilah, and will be released on the 20th. The expenses in this connection to be borne by the Italian Government.
