COMPENSATION FOR THE RECENT RAID TO BE MADE. PERSECUTING U.ITLANDERS. Pbetokia, Nov. 15. President Kruger, interviewed on the subject of an indemnity from the Chartered Company, said a claim will be put in early in December for a reasonable amount, bat it will be presented to the Imperial Government, not to the Chartered Company. The Transvaal Government is " commandeering " the uitlanders to prevent rinderpest, but wealthy people are allowed to engage substitutes.
