Wedding Bells.
ROACH—INGPEN. A very pleasing ceremony took place this afternoon at St. Matthew's Church, when the Rev. J. Hobbs united in marriage Mr F. H. Roach, second son of Mr G. H. Roach, of this town, with Miss H. E. (Tattie) lugpen, daughter of Mr E. L. Ingpen, of Wellington. The church was well filled with friends of the bride and bridegroom. The bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr E. Ingpen, of Takapau, bore a beautiful white shower bouquet, and looked exceeding winning in a perfect costume of rmiw cashmere trimmed with spotted net and ribbons, with the usual bridal veil and orange blossoms. She was attended by the Misses L. Ingpen and G. Roach, who were prettily attired in white spotted muslin trimmed with violet ribbons, white straw hats with white feathers, and carrying shower bouquets of white and violet ilowers. Mr Victor Roach discharged the duties of "best man." After the ceremony the happy young couple left, amidst the hearty congratulations of a wide circle of friends, via the Taupo Lakes for Auckland, where the honeymoon will be spent. The presents received were valuable and numerous, and testified to the universal esteem in which the contracting parties were held. On leaving the church the Wedding March was played by Miss Kelly.
