The Premier at Patea.
[By Telegraph.] [Special to Standard.] Wellington, This day. The Premier spoke at Patea on Saturday night, but confined himself principally to answering a speech recently delivered by Mr George Hutchison. The meeting passed a hearty vote of thanks to the Premier and expressed confidence in the administration and policy of the present Government. Mr Seddoii also addressed two other meetings in the district, and at both votes of thanks and confidence in the Government were passed.
