Bei:ijn. Oct. 31 ■ It is reported that tht> Kmperor has directed Prince Bismarck to coase publishing or repeating the recent revelations, and threatened to suppress the ex-Chancellor's organ. Nov. 1. Bismarck's organ states that by the terms of the Triple Alliance Austria is to remain neutral if France attacks Germany or tf (iermany without provocation attacks Russia. The newspapers suggest that similar treaties all round would assist the main object of the Triple Alliance.
