Pollard's Opera Company.

A FESTIVAL WEEK. On Monday next Mr Pollard and his clever company will as they say in " Olivette "" Bob up serenely," and lovers of light opera, well played, dressed, and staged, will once more enjoy a rare treat. Five operas in six nights is a large order, but to those who are familar with the capabalities of this combination, little doubt will be felt as to the excellence of thier productions. Hastings people may consider themselves particularly leged, ',s on Friday week Mr Pollard will produce for the first time in New Zealand Planquette's world-famed comic opera " Nell Gwynnc." The dresses, etc. for this work will be made in Hastings, so it may be looked upon as a local production.
