THE DYNAMITE SCARE.
TYNAN'S POSITION. Paris, Sept. 22. Tynan has appealed to Mr J. B. Eustis, American Ambassador, to prevent his extradition, and declares if successful he will receive the thanks of a million Irishmen. Mr Eustis lias notified the Government that Tynan is an American subject. The majority of the French newspapers regard it as impossible that the the man can be extradited.
