A SETTLEMENT LIKELY TO BE ARRIVED AT.
Cape Town, Sept. 22
Major 'Baden-Powell has been arrested pending an inquiry into the execution of the Chief Mvini.
Four chiefs have promised Mr Rhodes to resume negotiations, and it is believed that a settlement will immediately follow.
