The Dairy Industry.
SUB-COMMITTEE'S REPORT. [By Telegraph] ( From our Special Correspondent.) Wellington, This clay. The report of the sub-committee of the House appointed to draft a report on the dairy industry will in all probability recommend that the charges on the railways for the carriage of small parcels of dairy produce be reduced, and that a test be made of uninterested persons of milk at factories by the Babcock test. The Committee will express the opinion, probably, that the results of grading have been beneficial and that the Railway Department is anxious to foster the industry.
