THE MINE SUBSIDENCE.
AN UNRULY GANG. Sydney, This day. The miners who were withdrawn from Wickham and Bullock island collieiy owing to extensive falls are complaining of being kept idle. The manager declines to resume the work as the Government Inspectors declare that the mine is not safe. A meeting convened by the men to discuss the question broke up in disorder and culminated in a number of free fights.
