[By Telegraph.] (From our Sjirrial ('nrn'xjiotulrnt. / Wellington, This day. The Copyright Telegrams Committee to-day took the evidence of Mr J. Ivess concerning the charges made by the Press Association by way of entrance fee. The manager of the Association asked to be permitted to be present at the proceeding or represented by conns?], but the request was not favorably entertained.
