Millionaires Threatened.

+ Baron Albert Rothschild, bead of the Vienna banking- house, received a letter from Budapest, in which he was called upon to deposit 120,000 florins at a post office in the Hungarian capital, addressed "Work, 1890.'' Should he not do this he was threatened with death by pistol or dagger. The letter was signed " The Vampires of Anarchy," and contained the information that an international Anarchist Club had been founded in Budapest for the purpose of obtaining money from millionaires. Baron Rothschild sent the letter to the Budapest police. Similar letters have been forwarded to them from Temesvar and Orsova, rich merchants in both towns having being threatened in the same way. The writing in each case was the same. A letter was deposited by the police at the post office with the desired address, and a number of detectives kept constant watch.
