GENERAL ITEMS. Albany, August 21. Herbert Booth arrived to-day, but he is suffering from rheumatic fever, and consequently an extensive reception and demonstration -was abandoned. Mklboitxe, August 21. The trial of the City of Melbourne Bank directors and auditors has concluded. Decision was reserved till Monday.
